
Assessment Worksheet
Your monthly assessments for your condominium* are calculated by the multiplying the square footage of your condo by $1.10. This will give you your annual assessment.
As we bill on a quarterly cycle, you would need to divide by 4 to find your quarterly billing amount or by 12 if you want your monthly cost.
The following items are paid for by your assessments:
Water, Trash Service, Sewer, Extended Basic Cable TV, High-Speed Internet, General Liability and Building Insurance, Exterior Building Maintenance, Common Area Maintenance, Common Area Utilities and Taxes, Recreational Facilities Maintenance, Landscaping Care and Maintenance, Exterior Pest Control, Management Fees, General Supplies, and Reserve.
